I was wondering how much balthazaar faction (an estimate) you get per each game in the JQ. And What is the easiest/best way to make balthazaar faction quick?

I'd have to guess, 2-5k?
Quickest ... just play the game and have fun, but NPC's and players yield 10 BF when killed - and NPCs are killed easily and usually in groups.

Running a cap build will get you more balth faction than running something defensive like a heal monk. The amount will go up and down some, just depends on how much you kill each match. Not sure about the monk getting less faction but it seems like it sometimes.

Balthazar Faction is awarded across the team for each kill, not individually.

"At the end of the mission, faction is awarded to the respective alliances. Each team will receive 250 faction for each jade slab collected, and the winning team will earn an additional 1,000 faction. Additionally, each team earns 10 Balthazar faction and 5 Kurzick or Luxon faction per kill."

can get a quick 6k balth faction once per day by trapping Zaishen Elite

i read that at the end of the game u get 250 faction for each time you score. Is this faction balthazar or kurz/lux? and thanks again guys

i dont have factions yet, so what is the kurz/lux faction used for?
