Slashing dmg 15-22 (q9 swordmanship)
Health +30
Armor Penetration +20% (chance: 20%)
Inscription:"Strength and Honor"
+15% damage (while health is above 50%)

3k or so for the sword - they're fairly common
Sundering and fortitude mods are worth more than the weapon

Agree with jimbo, better salvage the mods and sell separately.
