Q8 Plagueborn Sword?

I found this sword on my Koss on my second account. I'm not sure if it's worth anything. Could someone help me out?


Stats:

Shocking Plagueborn Sword of Warding
Lightning dmg 15-22 (q8)
Damage 14% while in Stance
Armor +7 vs. elemental dmg.


I think that the main thing is the inherent on this. It isn't +5e or 15% but it is still a pretty cool sword.


Also am I posting this in the right spot? Maybe I should post this in the Trader's forum. People there seem to be crazy about old school items.
