All creatures tamable

Well, not all creatures, but there are some creatures that would be nice as pets:
- Raptors.
- Devourers, spiders and insects.
- Some dragons (specially drakes)
- Hellhounds.
- Some beasts...

Essentially, creatures relatively small at level 20, never more than a head taller than male elementalists with the highest height.
As long as they lose their skills and become just like any other animal when charmed, and they are like the ones I listed before, it should be fine.

By the way, Devourers and River Drakes are already tamable by Charr and White Mantle respectively.
