Stolen accounts

Hi. Yesterday my friend and guildie 5 year account got hacked and they took everything from his belogings (Obsidian, eternal blade, VS and a huge collection of q9 shields and swords etc). Today it was my turn to get hacked so my 2nd account was also robbed and lost my obsidian and lots apo sup vigors and many expensive things.

I managed to reset my account but im broke and with no armor. Im trying to send a mail to the support of the game but the only thing i managed is to get this message every time:

Tried from a yahoo account AND from a hotmail account and i got nothing. Am i doing something wrong? Is [email protected] email address valid?

Im furious about the lack of respect for our 5 year dedication in this game.
