Closed: PC on non-insc perf pimp cup, koi scepter

I bought this for a friend just a few days ago, but he didn't want it, so I'm either selling it or dropping it on Tahlk, since Dunk doesn't deserve it (he knows what he did).

(mod combo not replicable with inscribable versions, as both mods would be focus cores)

The Koi Scepter I got as an unid. I know rarer skins like this sometimes sell with mixed attributes, but I'm not sure if this is worth trying to sell or how much to ask if it is.
