so frustrated. password reset not working.

i decided to return back to my guild wars account, but for some reason my old password won't work. i did a password reset and got a new password to my email but i still can't login. the only thing i can think of is maybe i'm not answering the security question correctly, but i'm 99% sure i have the right playername. any ideas?

Look and see if you have any screen shots in the folder that may have your old player names listed.

make sure your character name is both names (like john doe, not just john)...many people forget to use their characters complete name

what was the format for the names? i thought you could have one word names?

No, 2+ word names.

You could write the name with spaces between letters though, so maybe you wrote the name in this manner in order to use "1" name only. Hope this helps. Screenshots and friends playing GW are the best option though
