The event will be occurring in the Traditional Chinese Districts! It will near the 9 rings so that people can still work on the Lucky/Unlucky titles and still participate in the event! ( Yes, we are thinking of you and your titles)

There will be four quests to compete for Larger Prizes. (Don't you love how I keep everything secret...hehe)
This will work somewhat like the Quests you receive during the Dragon Festival. They will be announced every 3 hours at the top of the hour.The categories they will fall under will be as follows:
*1. Where in Guild Wars am I? Quest ( Screenshot Contest; make sure you sign up for the forums at gw-en.com that day)
*2. Pack Rat Quest (Scavenger Hunt)
*3. Riddle Quest
*4. World News Trivia Quest(3 part answers)
The event starts at 10am Pacific Standard Time and runs until 10pm Pacific Standard time so that all time zones can enjoy a good portion of the giveaways. Larger prizes will be spread out throughout the day so every can have a chance to win around the world!

Of course there will be regular on-air trivia and games in district as well. We, of course, will have our regular bartenders serving drinks during the event as well! (if you are interested in bartending...contact me in-game ( M A L I B U Barbie) to volunteer! )
