Evinnia 20ec, how ever expect to be spamming for a while in spamadan. My experience is seeing them advertised, running out to complete a farming run of two or 4 and coming back to them still be advertised.

tl;cr

20ecto; prices are dropping; hard sells at over 20ec

guides are lame :/ that one isnt hardly updated and it was posted to say it was updated months before it was posted as a thread...

20e, 25e if you're really really really lucky. Sell as fast as you can, prices will continue to drop.
