Possibly need some sort of "support guide" sticky?

Q&A is overflowing with "I got banned", "I forgot my password", "I don't know my character name" threads.

Just wondering if theres any merit to making a sticky with a basic rundown of:
How to contact support What to expect from support How to make the most of support
  • etc
    I'll write it myself if I have to - just wondering if you think it's needed first.

    that would be a good idea if people actually READ the stickies....though adding it to the FAQ (if its not already there) and then sending them to the faq is probably good.

    We have a general FaQ in Q and A. I don't think many people use it though.

    Users generally create the thread with their problem, and others usually resolve it in a timely manner. They don't really bother me that much.
