What do you think?

So I was banned on Dhuumsday, just the same as many other people, I do not deny I botted. Granted it was not much, but I botted. I deserved to be banned.
So I logged on my other account, (Proph+Eotn only mule account) just to hang out with my friends and just chat, ya know.
Then I thought to myself, "gee, I wonder why I haven't gotten banned yet, (as I still had a certain Botting program and the .dll injected into my file). Keep in mind this account was clean, it had never been used or botting, or storing botted items etc. Etc. Sooooo I uninstalled GW, deleted the program, and reinstalled GW.
A few days ago I decided to upgrade the account by adding Factions, NF, and their unlock kits... (a bit of money, for me at least). I just wanna play the game normally this time. I've definitley learned from my mistakes.
Then I thought, "oh crap, even though i've never ran the program on this account, it still had the .dll injected in it back in the day"
now from my interperatation of the ToS, I have not broken any rules/agreements, so I think I should be in the clear.
What do you guys think? Will I most likely get the ban-scythe? Much thanks in ahead of time...

What exactly are you signing? This isn't any sort of thread where you would sign anything.
On topic, since you deleted and reinstalled the file, you might get lucky with it, but no one can really say for sure.

You botted. Enough said.
Whether it was on one of your accounts or all of your accounts, all of your accounts will most likely be banned if Anet is paying attention. And they should be in my honest opinion. You broke the rules, you suffer the consequences. Simple as that.

It doesn't matter what we think.

I think if the account wasn't banned on dhuumsday and you take out the .dll injection and never use it again, u will probably be fine.

I'd say it's a bit of a risk.
Anet has clarified that they don't usually go for new accounts - you buy a new account, you get a new blank slate, a new chance. I expect the exceptions would only apply to repeat offenders or specific conducts, like repeat harassment through alt accounts or something.
The only problem is that your account existed BEFORE, it's not new. However, since the ban included linked accounts already (like mules and so on), I'd say a good chance exists that the account is not in trouble. If it were, it'd be already banned, too.
So, hope for the best.

According to the user agreement, any account used by a player that botted can be banned, so even if you didn't bot with that specific account, since you botted with another account, you can still get banned

We don't know. You have a choice of playing the game and losing the account or playing the game and nothing happens. You won't know until you take the chance. Owning a game account you won't play in case you lose it makes no sense.
So my advice is log in and see what happens. If you get scythed, then buy a new account and start over.

I think you should submit yourself to bot rehab, then do a little community service to show Anet that you have changed. You can start by mopping my guild hall and waxing my King Habeeb statue.

there were people who said they had multiple accounts and some were banned while others were not---its hard for us to say what will happen, as the history of multiple account holder is not yes or no but somewhere in the grey area.

Anet have said that if you wish to buy another account and play legitimately it will go unbanned. If they ban it, get hold of gaile.
