This is an item dropped from Chest of Kathandrax at the end of the Catacombs of Kathandrax dungeon.
It's a quest reward and it gives u 7,500 exp and 1,5k gold. You do NOT have to beat the dungeon to finish this quest.
If you already have the quest item you can obtain the rewards directly. This is useful for Survivors indeed. Just talk with the NPC that gives u the quest for Catacombs, get the reward, rinse and repeat till u've maxed the title. Easy & safe.
Everyone knows how could be frustating working on Survivor and wasting for a lag spike hours of work or dieing during a cinematic for a bug.
