Insc White Reaver?

My question quite simply is whether or not it is possible to get one of these? I have heard both yes and no and am curious myself. I have also heard that insc versions of these may have only been obtainable during the eotn preview event (or something like that) in which insc purple crystallines dropped as well? Anyways, any light that could be shed on this would be helpful

Inscribable White Reavers drop from White Mantle in EotN. There are a couple of quests in Asura territory, such as the Hayda quests, which spawn White Mantle and those foes and surrounding chests can give White Reavers.
