The -eregen one isn't really worth much. It's a crap inherent mod on a high req sword with an undesirable skin.
The -hregen could be worth a few k (depends on skin, to an extent) if you found someone interested in a double vamp weapon. I'd say maybe 5k if the buyer was eager to get one.
