Haha, 8ectos? You can buy it from people for like 5-10k. And no, it requires blood magic (still lowers your health by -50 though).

No -50 monk offhand to my knowledge. Only the Blood idol. You still get the energy frome enchantments,lowering hp,and hexed,as well as partial from the blood req pool as well.-50 idol is more useful than we ever imagined.
