omg i have no idea the 7 tactics is fantastc but the 30 hexed trows it down i would hazard a guess at 10-15k but get more PC's

merchant imo even though the req is the lowest i dont think a 45 while hexed would break 5k :/

the max hp for hexed is 45, and -2 dmg, so this is not even close to perfect.

lmfao.. thats effin harsh! reminds me of all the times i id'd items on the spot then dropped em straight back on the floor when they had crap mods so they wouldnt even take up space in my inventory, "soil material" imo
