I did a few searches for this issue and couldn't seem to find anything on these forums or wiki, so here goes:

Running with TexMod:

The area labeled "This circle is uncovered by watching the Pogahn Passage cutscene as party leader" will not be revealed when I do the mission (I added the red circle where I assume the statement refers to).
I have done the mission twice in total, both times watching all cutscenes without skipping at any point. I even tried moving around while on the boat during the end cutscene on the second try (I know, pointless), to no avail.

Does anyone have know how this spot is supposed to be revealed?

during the cutscene you need to skip the last part (somewhere around the time they start to speak of the hunger or so)....not sure where as I have been able to do it on some characters but not on others.

The good news is, you don't need that spot to get 100%. (At least, I never got it, and I have Legendary Cartographer)

The issue is that I am quite close and I was hoping for an easy 0.1-0.2%...

Might as well call for a close on this thread since I don't seem to need it for 100% Cartographer.

And the fact that I just got the title without it, so I'm done

I'm also at 99.8% completed and I've played through this mission six times to obtain that bit of map by watching the cutscene and I have yet to get it. I will have to try skipping just before The Hunger appears (in the cutscene) and see if it works.

...yeah it USED to be outlined on the wiki (unofficial) but that was removed by whom? sometime ago....you have to get it when they start talking around the "you told her about that" "so I took a risk" and before you hear the hunger howl.....not exactly sure the exact time since I have only gotten it on a few of my characters as well----

and they say it is not necessary for 100% so I havent tried to get it in a while, sorry

Then again, for people like me who hated Remains of Sahlahja with a vengeance, every extra little bit helps!

Oh, I found the missing tip by searching the history of the wikia page:

I think I read that using pressing WASD during the cinematic helps to uncover it. I can't back up that claim but it might be worth a try.

I have 3 Legendary Cartographers and got that circle first time.

Well, I did get the Elona Cartography title done by scraping... but I'll have to try the movement keys during the cutscene for the hell of it to see if it works for future characters.
