I wouldn't merch. Monks love these to hide energy, specially now with the ES Mesmers.

I'm not sure about the price of the skin though, sorry.

Above poster has a point, though these come second to other inherent mods, and therefore could be troublesome to sell.

I would say ~5k tops due to the fair skin and req.
