Hi, Im interested in all low req shields, don't have to be max, q5-q7 tactics, inscriptable or perfect 30hp + 10vs/ Post up skin and req, price, or just pm me in game

I have a r4 tactics/12 armor Reinforced Buckler (purple), which is the max armor currently dropping with a r4 according to this thread:
