Experience

Im curious, it seems a pretty easy task to hit level 20, yet a lot of the task or quest you continue to do are experience rewards. Does exp mean anything after lvl 20 ? Does it accumulate for anything else or just keep wrapping on the exp bar ?

You get a skill point every 15,000xp after level 20. Skill points are used to buy skills and craft consumables in eotn. But yeah, experience after level 20 is mostly useless (I have around 2000 spare skill points on my main character).

There is a Legendary Survivor title that ends up with 1 334 000 XP. Yeah, questing IS the hard way to do it but still, it makes sense and XP with quests has a purpose.

But yeah, I usually don't even bother with getting XP-Only rewards (eg. UW). You'll never gonna spent them anyway.
And don't believe this guy, if you seriously going for a Legendary Survivor!!!
It's 1.337.500 XP so you would end up 3.500 short...

I had around 3,000 skill points before the consumables came out. When everyone was paying 8k a con set I spent about 4 hours buying enough materials to make 1000 consets that I then sold at 8k each. Each conset cost me 2.7k to make so that was a profit of 5.3k a con set. Or in other owrds 5.3 mil. I am suprised at the number of people n my friends list with 2000+ skill points yet they complain about only having 500k. Spend an hour to buy mats and sell con sets. Especially since doa Dwg way is going on.

XP only rewards such as in UW and FoW are actually a very convenient way to remove any DP you might have gotten so you don't have to resort to cons.

Skill points do continue to accumulate. If you have all the chapters, you will need quite a few to capture all the elite skills, if you don't use tomes, or to purchase all the skills in game. As mentioned above, the skill points are also used in crafting consumables, whether or not you wind up using them. Otherwise, the experience itself adds no other benefits.
