Decrease in Vaettir in Jaga Moraine?

So I just learned to farm the Spectral Vaettir using my monk and my sin. I watched the videos and there are Vaettir on both sides of that little circle area they hide out in. When I get to Jaga Moraine, there are Vaettir only on one side of this area.
--So my questions are:
Do I have some quest that I shouldn't have open?
or
Was there an update to decrease the number of Vaettir?

Make sure you are in Hard Mode!

I was in Hard Mode, I realized that after my first trip when I got there in nm. Now i'm in HM and it's still not the regular amount of enemies.

You have to play through the norn primary quests. After that you find all 60 Vaettirs.

I can guarantee that the last update has not changed the number. I spent over an hour farming vaettir yesterday afternoon and there were 60, as usual.

just checked. same # of vaettir as always.. as you were jents.

I just had to do Blood Washes Blood to get them all. Thanks everybody.
