Good day:
I've tried three times, and I can't seem to be able to purchase this game. I go here: https://secure.ncsoft.com/cgi-bin/Store.pl
But, whenever I try to purchase the Trilogy, after I put in all of my information, I get this: We're sorry, but we are unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or tomorrow. If you continue to have problems, you may wish to visit one of our retail partners.
Is there somewhere else that I can get the Trilogy from? After all, it's a pretty good price.

Can you not install the trial, then access the aNet store from there?

I will try. Thank you.

Hmmm... It will not allow me to log in. I put my email address in and my password and it does not work. I put it from the Nc Soft site as well.

You can purchase the trilogy from Steam they are having a sale right now the trilogy is $27 if you already have the game downloaded you just need to create a new account and add the access key that Steam provides you with the purchase.

play.com are currently selling the complete collection (3 campaigns + eye of the north expansion) for £14.
NCSoft are BY FAR the most expensive place you can buy the games from, buy it from a retailer instead. You can get it for half the price easy.

Hiya Zyvehl,
Sorry for the inconvenience! We had some unexpected issues with the store this weekend, which was likely the source of your problems.
If anyone else is still running into issues, please respond and let us know so we can pass it along to the team.
Thanks (and apologies again)
