your login would have been most likely an email address you had at the time...if you can remember that you are 1/3 of the way there.
Are you using the same computer (or is the computer you used at the time still up and running)? If you are then you might have taken some screen shots of your characters at the time---so you can get your character name by going thru the screens folder.
Sorry there is no way we can help with your password.
that is the only help we can offer.....ncsoft will hopefully come through for you.

All you can do is contact arena net. Their support staff is kinda busy with all the mass bans that happened recently. Their reply might take some time, however if you still haven't received an answer by the end of the week, i'd remind them you exist.
Did you contact them y e-mail or via the ncsoft website, they have been experiencing issues with their mail server recently. I don't know if it's been fixed yet.

Contact support by email ([email protected]) using the subject LOST PASSWORD so it gets directed appropriately. Include your account name (old email address) and your access keys in the email. They will reply to email you use for this contact. It does not matter that the old email address is invalid.
You might receive a standard reply first, just acknowledging receipt of your message. But keep following their directions and you will eventually get your password reset.
