Level 20, now what?

So I have turned level 20, now what? Do I continue with the missions and quests? What should I be concentrating on?

Leveling to level 20 is not the goal of this game. Leveling to level 20 is essentially your 'tutorial' time. Hopefully, in the previous 20 levels you have learned a bit about your profession: how its skills work, what your party position is, general tactics, etc. With your level 20 character you can now progress through the game, unlocking skills, buying nice armor, completing the campaigns, going for titles, etc etc etc.
If you are a new player (which I'm assuming you are), you should focus on getting max armor for your professions, equipping this with the appropriate insignia and runes (depending on your build(s)), acquiring max weapons, learning skills so you can have some build variety. You should be able to do these things while playing through the storylines of the different campaigns.

This thread will be closing in 10 seconds but to answer the question.... Do a Happy Dance. The game is just starting for you. finish missions then try some PVP or both then try some elite areas All in the all seeing all knowing Wiki site

In the words of Eric Cartman, "Whattaya mean? Now we can finally play the game."
Following your primary quests will be the most linear path to reaching all areas and "finishing" the game (at least as far as storyline is concerned). Once you've got all the areas and finished the primary campaign, you can start doing Hard Mode, Elite Areas, title chasing, farming, or move on to another campaign. The game begins after level 20. Make sure you check out a wiki for skills that you can obtain to further diversify your build and empower your character.

Essentially : play the game, whatever that means for you.
Explore? View the end of the storyline? PvP? Vanquish? Max titles (grinding enough money)?
EDIT : finishing the storylines is generally teh best course of action, you should see what you can do and eventually just grab a couple of things you want to do.

Well, now that you're level 20 you could (and this is just a suggestion) finish the other 75% of the campaign you're on. Then move on and do the other 2 campaigns and even EotN.

You can also do the Attribute Quests to get the full potential out of your characters too.

One of two things: finishing the PvE storyline for all the games and/or getting skills so you can start PvPing.

LV 20? Congratulation you have completed about 5% of the game. On a serious note, like other have said lv 20 means nothing. You still have a LOT left to do in the game, what you want to do is your choice. I would suggest that you keep doing primary storyline of your campaign and complete it. This way you will unlock new places, quest, skills, get new armors & weapons, etc. By the time you have completed the campaign, you will have gained a lot of knowledge about GW. But the funny thing about completing the campaign is that, that is only like 25% of the entire GW. You still have PvP, High-end PvE, titles, blah blah blah. So to answer your question really: YOU STILL HAVE A LOT TO DO!!! Level 20 is only the BEGINNING your journey Young Padawan.

Make sure that you have finished all of your attribute point quests. Beat the game to unlock hard mode. enjoy all of the high end dungeons. farm some rare weapons that you like. do some pvp(tons of different types). work on titles. fill up your hall of monuments so you can transfer stuff to GW2...i could keep going but that is the beauty of GW. you don't play it to hit max level. you play it to 20 so that you can actually start playing it.

now the game begins try and finish all the campaigns, all the missions, work on maxing titles, defeat high end areas, farm for money to get expensive stuff. after all that gets boring, try ur hand at pvp
