Whats all this white mantle farming stuff???
TaggSilar
Okay, so i recently came back from a 3-4 month break. And looking around the forums, i saw a bunch of farming threads to farm white mantle and peacekeepers? what is all this about, like why farm them and stuff? what is gained from farming them? i guess this all ties in with the War in Kryta stuff i saw on the guild wars site. just some background info on all this would be great. Since this is primarily a farming question, if i posted it in the wrong section please move it to the appropriate spot. Thanks in advance.

New green minis can drop from the added white mantle and peacekeepers if your character is able to access the war in kryta content.

New miniatures and also new green weapons can drop from the normal white mantle mobs (not just the bosses) that are related to the newly added WiK content. Also, mobs drop items called Confessor's Orders, which can be traded in for items called War Supplies. 15 War Supplies gets you a Royal Gift, which can have a multitude of items...most of them very worthless, but you have a chance of getting one of three different new miniatures than those dropped by the White Mantle mobs. Also 25 War Supplies can get you a Medal of Honor, which still has yet to be given a use in game.

In short:
1) your toon/char has to EITHER finish prop or eotn,
2) that toon/char need to be present at a few conversations.

Sorry to be a nitpicker, but the Miniature Necrid Horseman is in fact an undead minipet, as well as the Miniature Abomination, Miniature Bone Dragon, Miniature Gray Giant, and the Miniature Lich.
