Both are blue

Q8 tactics, al15 inscribable militia shield

Q7 tactics, al15 non-inscribable no mods on it

I wasn't sure if the q7 was worth squat but i'm unsure on it.

No inscription and no mods -> merch for sure

I'd guess the Malitia Shield would be under 20k because of the non-max armor on a q8, hopefuly someone else can give a proper check
