Shields, Lotus and Sun/Moon

PC on these or suggestion of what to do with them please. I've returned to the game and want to make sure before I disenchant or sell to merch:

1. Sun and Moon Shield of Endurance (Gold)
Armor 16, 9 tactics
Health +44 in a stance
Inscription: "Nothing to fear"
Received damage -3 while hexed

2. Lotus Shield of Fortitude (Gold)
Health + 28
Inscription: "Leaf on the Wind"
Armor +9 (cold damage)
