PvE: LF HM/High End Guild

Looking for a guild that is 18+, North American based. I prefer doing elite areas balanced-way, although im up for speed clears from time to time. Active vent would be nice, but not mandatory. Kurzck or Luxon, doesnt matter. Please dont be "elitest". This is a game and i like to have FUN. Id like to start doing DoA on a regular basis..maybe not every night but yeah.
