Web of Disruption + Shatter Delusions not triggering second interrupt

I hope it's not just me, but when I use Web of Disruption on a foe, then Shatter Delusions, the second interrupt that is supposed to happen never does. I've observed this with different types of foes. I'm sure that no one in my party has Shatter/Drain Delusions, and the enemies have no hex removal.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Both work fine when I tested it. Make sure that Web is the top mesmer hex, because the Delusions will strip any cover mesmer hexes before removing Web.

I had no other Mesmers in my party...

If they are not performing a skill when Shatter Delusions removes Web of Disruption, there is nothing to interrupt. Web of Disruption only interrupts skills, not attacks.
