Id merch gem and jade, and war hammer unless ascalonian skin

For future PC searches, I sold items for the following:

Gemstone axe went for 3k.
Vampiric hammer mod sold for 2k, weapon merched.
War Hammer merched as it's the most common and generic hammer skin; Magmas maul skin.
