PvE: Looking for a guild

Im looking for a social guild with voiceover acces(ts, vent ...) I dont mind if its a crossgame guild. a guild with a strong core
i will adapt to the goals of the guild

Im a veteran mmorpg player with past experience of guild leading.
starwars gallaxies, wow, eq2, eve-online

Guildwars is my new frontier and be nice to share this experience with newly found friends/guildys
