Need help with Hell's Precipice + RUN!

Title says all, I seem to keep failing this mission all the time (probably because of those annoying henchies who keep aggroing other groups while already fighting one).

So any help would be really appreciated!

Also:
Could someone run me to Tarnished Haven?
I tried doing it myself through Marguus Coast, but there are too many enemies blocking the roads. Same story from Arboy Bay :/
