PvE: roleplay??

I'm not going to sell you on my skills, posssessions, or time spent online. To be brutally honest, I'm totally new to this game and I don't know all the shiny acronyms, so I'd be hard pressed to even try talking myself up in such a way.

However.

I have been a roleplayer for years, and I absolutely adore the world that GW has created. I've gone through a few characters while learning my way around the game, and I'm currently working with a level 8 Mesmer/Ranger in post-searing Ascalon. I think that he'd be a blast, if I should be so lucky as to find a crew for him.

Like I said, I'm not yet the best strategical asset, but I do think that I can learn. What I need is a smallish guild (quality of quantity for me) in which I can find a support system--people who I can trust to provide guidance as needed, and who will not go all elitist the moment I have a question. In return, I will work toward being a more valuable addition to your ranks, and also I can guarantee that I'll give you a worthwhile story and some good character interaction.
