The skins aren't listed on wiki yet. Each skin has a red orb like thing that glows on movement. (kinda like dhuum's scythe, but a bit diminished). These are also known as the White Mantle weapons.

I think you need to tell that the weapons are collectors weapons - in exchange for 10 Medal of Honors - after the end of the The Battle for Lion's Arch quest.
