What do you mean pink dye? Obtaining the desired pink colouring on armor differs from set to set.

It may not be pink, the mixed dyes always look pink on the icon. You need to preview it on some armor to see its actual color.
It can be worth quite a bit to a collector. Not sure of an actual price though.

I'm not entirely sure about this, but it should be ~40-50k, if my memory of a thread here serves me well.
