First off, Preservation is rubbish. Ditch it. Secondly, you can just run a generic communing spirit spam Rit like you've sort of got. I'd fit in some of union/shelter/displacement depending on what you need and what balance of offense and defense you need.
There are some communing Rit bars on PvX if you really don't know what to do (they'll probably be grouped together in hero team builds as well).

Hmm, its sad how little people know about any other ritualist skills/builds than the SoS build. While it is true that SoS is rediculously overpowered, there are still other good elites available to the rit. When not running an SoS build, you have to first ask yourself what kind of rit you want to be. Do you want to be a spirit spammer like SoS builds typically are? if so, do you want to be an offensive one or a defensive one centered around maintaining shelter, union, and displacement? Rits can also be good direct damage dealers with a DwG or caretakers build. They can also heal well with a variety of good resto elites (preservation not being one of them - choose xinrai's weapon, weapon of remedy, spirit light weapon, or that attuned elite). Finally, rits make excellent support if you tailor your skills to your party members. Weapon of quickening and Weapon of fury are both good support skills as are splinter, a rage, wielder's remedy, and the resto weapon spells. Your choices will revolve completely around what your team consists of as a support rit.
However, from the attempt at a build that you created, I can see that you appear to want to offensive spirit spam, even when your team already has one in it. If this is the case, I would suggest running a SoGM build. Just pick spirits that your SoS partner isn't bringing and you should be fine. Another option is rit lord, which can be useful if you are bringing spirits like dissonance and anguish. Bringing another copy of painful bond is always good, as is spirit siphon. Therefore, your build should look something like:
SoGM/Rit lord
Spirit
Spirit
Spirit
Spirit
Painful Bond
Spirit Siphon
Summon Spirits
I would encourage you to branch out though and try some other types of builds. Ritualists are powerful not because of one OP build available to them (and any other profession really) but because of their versatility and their ability to use their diverse abilities well. They arn't like paragons, which have many support options available but are unable to heal or buff party damage efficiently at all. Rits can do this and can do much more. Try out some restoration or channeling, spirit strength or minion bomber builds. You will see that although SoS spirit spammers may be powerful, so are other options available to rits.
