Really need help - 4 years and nothing!

Hey!
Guys, I really need a help from you. I have a problem. I play Guild Wars since 2006, and I only have 2 chars at the moment, and the oldest have 2 weeks! I never won a mini pet.
I don't know what's the best profession. I look at some guys with nice armors, create the same profession as he, and then, in my new chars, find other guys, with other professions, that looks better than the other. And I started deleting and deleting chars. This since 2006!
•My objective is make titles, so I want to know what's the best profession to complete titles fast and fast.
•One other problem is because I don't have much money at the moment, so a char that can make money is better for me.
•Other problem is because I can't play without organization, so, please, when you guys say the better profession, say a little bit about what weapons I need, what's the best build, the best sets etc...
I have played with all professions, and liked all, really, but always think that one is better, and than that other is better, and of course I want to be the best .
So, finishing..
•I want a profession that can make money, 50-80k in a day is really good.
•I want a profession that can complete titles fast.
•I want a profession that can have some organization, not many builds. many sets etc...
•What's the easiest titles to get?
•It's easiest to start in old ascalon and get level 20 in the pre-searing just to earn the title?
•It's important to get the survivor titles rank 3 to get 'God Walking Amongst Mere Mortals' ?
While you guys answer, probably new questions will appear, so I will make some new questions .
So, thanks!!!

Here's a starter for you - you can't do both of these; they're mutually exclusive.
Iuris
1: ANY profession can do well since you always play as part of a team. I have one of each.
2: Campaign The game is team oriented and due to the low population (it's an old game, after all) almost all of the game will be played with a team of heroes and henchmen. The heroes are acquired in Nightfall. Whether you prefer to start in Nightfall or in another campaign and then make your way to Nightfall is a matter of preference. If you have a lvl 20 Dervish already, you may want to stick with him. However, Eye of the north gives you access to very powerful PvE only skills.
3: Your equipment, apart form getting best armor ASAP hardly matters. The key is the skills. My monk used a non-max weapon until Realm of Torment, and didn't suffer for it.
4: Easiest titles: Protector (all missions with bonus in a campaign, x3), EotN reputation titles (will require HM, x4), Guardian (As protector, but in Hard mode), Vanquisher (kill all foes in an area in Hard mode), Cartographer (explore ALL the map, x3) and Skill hunter (capture all the elite skills in a campaign, x3).
5: Earning 50.000 per day: when you can expect to earn that much in a day, you won't be asking questions like this on the forum. Forget it for now. Your earnings will be much lower for quite a while until you learn how to do elite areas.

There's really something wrong here. You say you played 4 years, you delete chars after a week cause you want to try them all but you only have 2 slots used. Do you realize you have at least double, right?
And in all this playing and deleting for 4 years you never learned anything about builds, weapons etc.
Also you didn't say if you only own prophecies or what, so it's difficult to give advices without knowing it.

I wish you people would stop being such jerks. -.- I've played for 4 years, but have never got a level 20 character. I always delete them, or quit for weeks at a time. I have no idea anything about armor or "max" weapons, I'm still learning. Mainly because I don't play all day long. So I don't think it's a lie, just answer the dang question.
My answer: Any profession is fine for titles and for money. Basically pick the one that interests you the most. Or make one of each and work on them all.

Initial solutiuon to your problem: make as many characters as you have character slots, one of each of your favourite professions. DO NOT DELETE THEM! not even if you hate their name or their looks the very next day. Keep them all for at least a month and until they reach level 20. Each day, play whichever one takes your fancy. By the end of this time you should have your own answer to which profession is best for you. I'm sure you can spare a month of your time for this, after four years of deletions. Good luck!

there is no quick n easy answer i'm sorry. gwamm takes a (semi)serious amount of time and dedication. if your just looking for instant gratification, then you shouldn't even bother to be honest.
try beating all campaigns, and if you manage that, go back and get masters on all of them. and i'm not just saying this because thats one of the easiest titles to get (even though it is), but i'm saying this because you should enjoy the campaign storyline that the game provides. why anyone would want to skip out on that and go straight to farming/grinding baffles me.

and I thought my brother in law was bad (he has been around for 5 years and MAY have one level 20, but he just doesnt play at all---he WORKS in REAL LIFE).
To answer the question: ALL professions can get titles quickly if you know how to play, since you have yet to make it to level 20 I doubt you completely understand the game in the first place; therefore it will probably take you quite some time to get many titles/money/etc.
advice: just PLAY the game, LEARN the mechanics etc and then decide which profession YOU LIKE BEST....asking here is just going to get you a different answer for each person who replies.

First decide, what type of damage you like to deal/player you want.
Ranger/Paragon - Bow/Spear - Backline
Assassin/Warrior/Dervish - Daggers/Hammer,Sword,Axe/Scythe - Frontline.
Elementalist/Mesmer/Monk/Necromancer/Ritualist - Staves - Midline to Backline.
Id recommend like other have said to test out each a little bit, but above is sort of the things you want to figure out as far as your preferences go.
Next Id recommend just playing through the storyline and quests to kind of figure out how the game works and where everything is located.
If your curious about what type of weapons to get, look above, but I would HIGHLY recommend some green weapons which are easily found for 1-5k (Except for a few).
If you want to achieve what youre trying to do youre going to have to put alot of time and effort into it. Its not a walk in the park to learn the game especially if this is your first mmo which it sounds like theres a possibility that it is.
Im not very good when it comes to farming, I prefer alternative ways to making money, but if you are looking at potentially doing speed clears (farming) of elite areas you would have to figure out which ones you prefer to do and what professions the teams take. Monks are ALWAYS needed so thats never a bad choice and along the way you may really learn alot by healing or protecting the other team mates and what does and doesnt work. However, if you are looking for a profession with few sets then I probably wouldnt recommend going with monk simply because there is alot of different roles monks play on teams. I would highly recommend playing a monk for that reason though.
Need builds? Check PvX.wikia.com - Youll find everything you need there as far as builds go
Also take advantage of Guildwars.wikia.com - Youll find EVERYTHING about the game there
You can start anywhere you prefer. If you havent noticed the game is all preference. Cantha is probably the fast route to level 20. If done right, itll only take a couple hours.
Nightfall youll get your heroes right away which are very helpful considering they allow you to assign them there own builds that you personally make, in other words you can use one build for a certain area, but then it might not be as good in another so you are able to switch your heroes build. Tyria is probably the longer of the 3 games as far as length goes, but its got a good beginner area and you can really see the progression of your characters.
The easiest titles to get have been previously mentioned and consist of you just playing the storyline, mapping everywhere, etc.
Message me in game at L I T H I U M Xx if you need help. I can try to answer questions as long as they are kept to a reasonable amount.

Just play the game.
Don't try to get "50k-80k a day" and get all the titles instantly. It doesn't matter what advice we give you, it's not going to happen. To do the things you just said, you need both 1) time 2) a deep understanding of game mechanics and most importantly 3) dedication.
If you haven't even played through all the missions, no way you will be able to dedicate the time needed to get GWAMM.
Just play the game. Don't try to "beat it."

Play the game learn how to play your character and don't expect 50-80k everyday anytime soon despite supposedly having 4 years playing the game. Don't expect to have GWAMM by the end of this year since you probably don't know how to quickly grind the titles. And really stop deleting characters because you think you played enough to know all about them just because you hit level 16 or something like that.
Lord Dagon
still dont think you've been playing for 4yrs but ill help a lil.
buy all the campaigns(EoTN included), make an assassin, elementalist, monk and a mez.
beat the campigns w/ them. get some elite skills. and then you can roll just about anything you want in the game w/ discord heros/sabway.
and for titles im gonan throw ele out there for some of the lower end titles(protector, rep, skill hunter things like that) but in HM eles kind of lose their charm b/c jsut about everything in the game is +300 armor vs ele damadge.
and learn how to play the game, get decent armor.. and dont exspect a way to pop into an elite area instantly be able to roll your face over the keybaord and play. its not going to happen.
so to sum it up:get some good characters, buy the campigns, beat the campigns, learn some low end farms, get the lower end titles, learn the meta for DoA, and then u can make money. oh and a good idea is to join a decent guild ig. id suggest a large one like KISS.
gl hf and dont ask ppl noob question in by using caps or spam.. ticks ppl off :P

If you don't intend to offer any suggestions, help or answer the question(s) - don't post. If you think the OP and/or others are trolling, use the "Report Post" button and a Moderator will look at it.
Any post saying something along lines of "OP must be a troll" or personal attacks because the OP hasn't finished the game, got multiple level 20 chars, etc after X time of playing will get deleted.

There is no best profession. If there was, we'd all be playing it.
If looks are important to you, then I'd suggest you add enough character slots to your account so you can create one of each class of character. Note that you should have 8 char slots just by owning the trilogy, so just buy 2 more slots at that point and then you'll have enough to create 1 of everything.
There is no best profession. If there was, we'd all be playing it.
Just play the game (you'll need to in order to access some sets of armor anyway). Just by doing this, you'll accumulate a little here and there as you go, and you can then make a more informed decision once you've tried a few things.

So what you're saying is, you want a profession with builds that will work everywhere without having to put much thought into specific situations?
Well, at the risk of repeating myself...
In my opinion, the Protector titles. Perhaps Protector Of Cantha, since you have fewer missions to do there than in Tyria or Elona.
Well, either of these two would help towards your GWAMM title, just as any others would. If it matters that much to you, then by all means go for it, but neither are requirements for GWAMM and I can't be bothered with either of them myself either.
I think the best advice I can give you is:
Slow down and set more realistic goals. Before long you will more than likely end up tearing your hair out, wondering how everyone else had the stomach to endure all that grinding you'll soon realise you need to do to get what you currently want.
Just play the game, and learn to have fun along the way. Your experiences will answer many of your questions as you go. Joining a helpful guild would also be a good idea.
Oh, and anyone complaining about rudeness in here must be new to the internet. Seriously, if you think it's bad here, then you should try pretty much any other gaming forum that has ever existed. On that scale, I personally consider GWG to be pretty good.

Personally I enjoy the Assassin's Promise caller Discordway H/H team build (http://pvx.wikia.com/wiki/Build:Team_-_Discordway). Its generally referred to as a "gimmick", but who cares . If you play as an Assassin, you have a lot of variety in the extra four skill slots, but any profession will do just fine. Warriors and Paragons are probably the least effective with this build because of their low energy, but still doable. It sounds like you want something "optimal" that you don't need to tweak very much, and this definitely fits the bill. The only places where you'll run into trouble are areas without many corpses, but I can still get through those areas with this build, just more slowly.
Arduin
My advice when you want to go titlehunting/loot farming is stop deleting your characters.
If you want to achieve something, you need to dedicate yourself to it.

For weapons, any max damage weapon will do. You can get perfect max weapons from collectors (meaning 2 or 3 trophy items), crafters (1k and mats), or golds/greens from players (1-5k or more, depending on rarity).
As for best build, there is no such thing, and anyone who says otherwise is trying to sell you something. Sure, you can find builds at PvXwiki, but there are builds for all classes. An imbagon does not serve the same purposes as a permasin or as 55 or 600 monks or an ele nuker. Each build has its own purpose... even "general build" builds like Sabway and Discord will not work in all places, under all scenarios.
To start, though, learn to play these three classes: Warrior, Monk, and Elementalist. Warrior will teach you how to frontline (and therefore how to tank, not overextend, and melee dps), Monk will teach you how to backline (and how to keep yourself and your team alive), and Ele will teach you midlining (and how to kite, survivability, purposes of hexes/conditions/enchantments, and ranged DPS). All other classes can be essentially understood from learning the concepts from those three.

Learning to make your own builds will either put you one step ahead of the crowd, or one step behind. If you're behind, change your builds to be ahead.
Do not play just one or two classes. Fill out your char slots with one character of every type, play them all, get them to 20, and keep them. You will find some areas more friendly to this class, and some areas more friendly to that. Be an opportunist, and take advantage of every advantage the game gives you (within reason, of course... I don't mean taking advantage of newbs or anything).

It seems to me that you want others to think for you, though. For you to be that limited, and just 'press buttons and win', instead of 'think and be victorious'. If so, then PvXwiki is your best friend (however, do not expect to be the best by doing what everyone else is doing... those like me will *always* be two steps ahead of you, because we're one step ahead of PvXwiki).

Honestly, though, the only genuinely *hard* titles would be Gladiator and LDoA- the first because it relies on random luck, and the latter because it takes months (at quickest) to accomplish.

Make one character from every profession (minus the couple you can bear to live without). Do the quests and the missions/bonuses. Get your character to level 20. Do your two 15-point attribute quests. Experiment with your character's build (remember, a new build does not necessarily mean "brand new gear every time"- I run builds with gear not designed for it in mind, but they still work). Never be afraid to try something new, even if others say "that's stupid". Never be afraid to spend gold to make gold. Never be afraid to spend a day sitting in Lion's Arch trying to sell one rare-skinned item, or trying to buy a perfect mod.
Do NOT delete your character because 'this looks cool' or 'that looks cool'. You will not get to see all that a class offers, if you base it on what everyone else has or does. Pick something and stick with it. If you cannot stick with a character, how, then, do you plan on sticking to the effort required to get GWAMM? If you do not put effort into making builds, how then, do you plan on making money (after all, if you don't have "this PvX-favored-build-with-that-class", you're gonna have to find a way on your own to farm "this PvX-favored-farming-area")?
If you want to be the best... then put in your best effort. What you become directly correlates to what you choose to become. If you choose the lazy path, then you will be like 90% of GW players: broke all the time, and halfway to getting a single title. If you choose the path of effort, you *will* become what you want to become... the best.
snaek
untrue. gw suffers heavily from class discrimination. have you never heard of sf? granted its been "nerfed", i have never seen more people create a class just because its powerful and not because they particularly like the class more than a sin. although, monk comes pretty close.
