Access to WiK content

Okay so i completed all the WiK quests with my ele, decided to do it with my rit...but I can't even seem to get started now. I've already completed EotN and Zinn's task but when I go outside Vlox falls Chark isn't there. I tried adding other pple to the party and then going outside but it doesnt work either. So wth? I cant access WiK with new characters anymore?

on and unrelated note:i logged on with my ele...zoned in and out of divinity coast a several times but couldnt get courier falcon to spawn. did they nerf the courier runs again or what

You need to watch some dialogues in the Shining Blade Camp before you can see Zinn's Trial.

and the Shining Blade Camp is in Talmark Wilderness not Divinity Coast.

I believe I read something that once you complete the final mission, you will no longer see the WiK stuff anymore. So no more Courier and random mobs blocking your path and no more peacekeepers or any of that wandering around.

The only way to reactivate all of it, is to have a bounty in your log.
