Armor 16, Requirement 8 strength. It's white, no upgrades or anything.
I haven't been around for a long while, so I don't know how much the value of these have dropped. I remember once they were valuable, and even then it was specific ones.

Oh never mind. I just realized that this item is ridiculously old, and can't take inscriptions or upgrades.
