+15%/-5e inherent

I have a rough guess of what I think it may be worth, but anyone else's opinion would be greatly appreciated.

Kinda useless mod for ranger, tho skin is quite rare, id say 20-30k but hard to sell

well -5 sucks ofc... but it's not like a ranger always need a lot of energy for his skills.
