PvE: Looking for small sized PvE guild

Hi

I'm looking for a small PvE guild, i've been playing for 6 months (been playing a lot lot more recently). I have a level 20 Ele, a level 20 Necro and i'm working a monk which i hope to follow with a ritualist and mesmer (very much a magic man).

I understand the basics of PvE, i've got experience doing dungeons both with my mate and solo, i'd really like to get into the more advanced areas of pve (u knw the rlly cool 1s w/acrnyms + evrythng).

I have experience in other MMOs (eve online mainly) and i'm used to working with other people as a team under pressure.

I'm looking for a guild with 15-35 ish members (if you've got a slightly bigger guild, that's cool too). That uses teamspeak (not vent) and is fairly chilled out. I like to take things seriously when it's required but i like the atmosphere to be friendly. Needs to be a US guild really (i'm british but i'm also a night owl).

I like to read up a lot so a guild that would encourage new ideas and also constructively help me to realise why spamming flare isn't always the optimum strategy.
