Has anyone tried taming a WiK Drake?

I was curious because they use all of the pet mechanics (comfort animal, etc...) and occasionally can be seen switching from green to red. I was wondering if anyone had managed to find a way to get one isolated and try a charm animal on it....

I tried the old hero trick of killing the enemies off compass, but apparently that is no longer a workable bug...

* It appears that these drakes are actually summoned by the skill, instead of being found and charmed. This reinforces the fact that a player cannot charm one under any circumstances.

same with the Lynx in The Cursed Lands, they have a full skillbar and elite, it would be awesome to tame one :P (and these are not even pets to a WiK mob...they are just "there")

It would be cool if they made Drakes a tamable pet in some future content. Hell they could even make a quest of it. That'd put a smile on some faces for at least a little while right?

The wiki note on them being summoned seemed odd to me, given the fact that upon approach, you can see the name "Drake" in green before approaching too close, at which point the name would transition to red.

With that said, I was pretty sure there was no way to get to one. Just curious if anyone had any information to the contrary.
