Wierd shield low req with perfect stats

This dropped for me last week during a SBB quest. I find it odd and wasn't sure if it was worth anything.

Defender (gold, non-inscribable)
Armor: 12 (Requires 4 strength)
Armor +10 (vs. Tengu)
Health +30

Odd to see perfect stats on a low req shield like this. Any ideas on value, or is it merchant fodder?

No, not merch food.
I can see some people bidding on it. Strange items always attrack some bidders.

I can see it going above 20k and even more, but get more opinions.
Only an auction can really show you where the price is going ^^
