Farming For GOld?

I have been playing gw casually for around 3 years [beating the campaigns, delete character repeat with new toon] but now have found the classes I am comfortable with. Could people please tell me how to and where to farm with a necromancer/anything or warrior/anything. I really want to be able to fill up my HoM by the time gw2 comes out.
