On most quests and missions, whenever NPC's talk they always talk in team chat, now i was wondering if they could get their own chat that we can turn off just like the others, so we dont have to see them talk.

Disable team chat, use local chat to chat with your team.

What about the hall of heroes crap chat that always shows up in any channel, id like that to turn off too...

I don't believe there's a way to disable that, you'll just have to live with it as it's unlikely it will be changed.
