2) non-inscribed Gaurdian of hunt
q11 strength, pys. dmg -2 while stance and armor +9 vs cold dmg

3) non-inscribed Jug
q9 divine with halve casting time of spell 10%

4) non-inscribed Amber staff
q9 Death with halve casting time of spell 10%

not sure about 1, but I believe a good bit...
3. merch fodder... single mod
4. 5-10k maybe. Amber staff is a hideous mod, but some collector might need a 20/10 death
