I've googled the problem, and apparently it has to do with multiple purchases in one day. The thing is, I haven't purchased anything. I tried to buy the trilogy but it was declined twice (forgot to write the expiration date xD) then when it finally went through, it came to this. Anyone know how to get around this? Or anyone else having the same problem? I went through PayPal as well, and the problem still occurs.

I'm not sure what the issue was. I know Gaile said something about the store being down or whatever, so it could have possibly been tied to that (just a thought; that's probably not what it was)?


But, I highly recommend you check your creditcard/paypal/bank statements online to see if the order went through numerous times. Something similar like this happened to me a while back and I was charged for each attempt I made to purchase from that store that got errored out (and the item I "purchased" was not added to my account until I contacted Support {which then took them about a week to resolve}).

I didn't bother looking at my credit card yet, but my paypal is clear so I assume nothing happened with my credit card either. So you had to go to support to resolve this in the end? I might as well go and physically buy it then.

Or do you know of any other stores where I can digitally purchase the trilogy?

I was extremely annoyed when this happened to me; if I was the type who only checked my bank statements once a month (I check at least 2-3 times a day) I probably would have been screwed.

Most likely your error with processing the card set off alarms of card fraud. Or the site has a glitch at the moment.
