Ok so I came back to GW a few weeks ago, loaded up my 55 outside Bergen Hot Springs and went right to kickin toushy until some goofhead NPC runs up talking a bunch of nonsense. Long story short, these random NPC's are getting on my nerves and really slowing me down. I still make decent money (about a plat every 10 minutes, which is good for me) but I gotta find someplace new.
I've looked around the forums and everything I find is either 3 years old or even older.
I'm not real good at GW, I can hold my own but a plat every 10 minutes is good money for me so that should tell you my level of expertise
Where else can I go? I don't do enough damage unless I am fighting undead with SOJ. I thoroughly enjoy playing this character but should I move on and make a dervish to solo with or do you guys know somewhere I can solo undead using my 55 monk SOJ build?
Thanks in advance.

the gates of kryta mission is full of undead that you can farm with 55 SOJ. There's one boss towards the beginning of the mission that you'll want to avoid killing, and if its a ranger boss, /resign, cuz it'll daze you and use debilitating shot and end you quickly. You only need to go about halfway through the mission (just before the white mantle fortress).
Alternatively, I suspect that the npc's you're talking about are the War in Kryta NPC's, which are a recent addition to the game. There's a chain of quests and missions that, when completed, will remove those npc's from the area.

Here is a link to the War in Kryta content on the wiki http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/War_In_Kryta The only way to do away with the NPCs and the various Peacekeeper foes you might run into is to complete the quest chain or use a character who has not completed either Prophecies or EotN.
