Honestly, your gut was probably correct. Perfect inherent increases the value, but Q13 will make it only sought after by someone desperate for the skin. If you can get more for it, more power to you, but 3-5k is more appropriate (spamming in Kamadan will get you the highest offer by far for this skin).

ive been spamming for a good 15-30 minutes just now, no one seems interested, i might put it up on auction
