There is no established price for the Q9 Divine Favor, there is rarely active interest in this skin but to a collector you may get quite a lot. I quickly received a pair of 50k offers in-game that I turned down for one similarly modded to yours, my best estimate is 50k+. You might try listing it with a low starting bid and setting a decent reserve price, see if there is anyone on Guru looking for one.
